How much space and power does a booth need?
The ideal distance from backdrop to camera is 1.5 metres, with a minimum of 1 metre. Retro Picky needs only 50 cm. Each booth runs from a standard power outlet.
Is a backdrop included?
Backdrops are not part of the standard package. We offer custom backdrop design and production on request, or you can use your own.
How far ahead should we book?
Book at least one week before your event, so there is time to design your frame, screen and wrap. Earlier is better for large or highly customised activations.
What if something goes wrong during the event?
System errors are extremely rare. If one occurs, we provide a quick troubleshooting manual and immediate remote support.
Can we cancel?
Yes. A full refund is available up to 6 weeks before the rental date and 50% up to 4 weeks before. Within 2 weeks there is no refund.
